Development of the Oakhurst subdivision began in 1996. Developers First Mark Homes and T & F Development continue to develop new residences as the subdivision grows. There are now 242 homes and approximately 726 residents. Oakhurst amenities include an attractive pool and clubhouse, fully equipped children’s playground and gazebo, and tennis courts.
